Salbute Injection

SALBUTE INJECTION is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated with sulbutamol for veterinary use. It provides effective relief from muscle pain, arthritis, and soft tissue inflammation in performance animals by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing the production of inflammatory prostaglandins.

Indications:

• Musculoskeletal pain (acute/chronic)

• Degenerative and rheumatoid arthritis

Dosage and Administration:

• Route: Intramuscular (IM) or Intravenous (IV)

• Dose:
   • 1.1 mL per 45 kg once daily
   • or 0.55 mL per 45 kg twice daily

• Veterinary supervision is required

Contraindications:
Do not use in animals with:

• Hypersensitivity to sulbutamol

• Stomach or gastric ulcers

• Renal (kidney) or hepatic (liver) disease

• Pregnancy or lactation

Warnings and Precautions:

• Use with caution in animals with:
   • Cardiovascular conditions
   • Respiratory disease
   • Hypertension

• Monitor regularly for adverse effects
