Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium (PPS) is a semi-synthetic polysaccharide derived from beechwood extract. It acts as a sulfated heparinoid with potent anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic, and anabolic effects on joint tissues. PPS promotes cartilage regeneration, addressing the root cause of joint disease beyond symptomatic relief.

Mechanism of Action:
