Indications:
Meloxivet 2.5 mg is indicated for the management of:

Mechanism of Action:

Meloxicam selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX), reducing prostaglandin production responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. This results in effective and long-lasting anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

Dosage & Administration:
Administer orally, preferably with food.

Dogs:
Initial dose: 0.2 mg/kg body weight
Maintenance dose: 0.1 mg/kg once daily

Precautions:

Do not use with other NSAIDs or corticosteroids
Use with caution in animals with renal, hepatic, or gastrointestinal disorders
Ensure proper hydration
Not recommended for very small animals or cats unless prescribed
Veterinary supervision is required
