Active Ingredients (per 10 ml syringe):

  • Cephalexin: 200 mg

  • Neomycin: 200 mg

Indications:
Treatment of clinical and subclinical mastitis in lactating cows caused by susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.


Dosage & Administration:

  • Route: Intramammary infusion

  • Dosage: 1 full syringe (10 ml) per infected quarter

  • Frequency: Every 12 hours

  • Duration: 2–3 treatments

  • Technique:

    1. Fully empty the udder

    2. Clean and disinfect teats

    3. Infuse syringe contents aseptically via teat canal


Mechanism of Action:

  • Cephalexin: Inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis

  • Neomycin: Inhibits protein synthesis in bacteria
