A.C.P. 10 Injection contains Acepromazine maleate, a potent phenothiazine-derived tranquilizer widely used in horses and dogs.
It provides calming, sedative, and antiemetic effects without significant analgesia.

Pharmacological Action
Acepromazine acts by blocking dopamine receptors in the central nervous system, resulting in tranquilization and mild vasodilation.
It reduces spontaneous activity, fear, and anxiety, without affecting reflexes or causing deep sedation.

Contraindications & Precautions
⚠️ Do not use in animals with hypotension, shock, or dehydration.
⚠️ Avoid use in stallions (may cause penile prolapse).
⚠️ Do not use in animals intended for human consumption.
⚠️ Use cautiously with other CNS depressants.
